What are the shipping charges?
We offer free domestic shipping on every carpet purchased through our website.
When will my order arrive?
- Carpet orders are delivered within 12-15 working days from the date of shipping.
- Carpets are thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
- Our proactive customer care team will reach out to you should there be any delays in the delivery process.
Custom Orders: For custom rugs, delivery depends on the production timeline. The greater the intricacy of the rug, the longer the delivery timeline. For ease of calculation, we estimate it takes 1 week per 2 inches of a rug for a 156 knot rug.
How will I know whether my order is confirmed?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive your order confirmation notifications via:
1. Email
2. WhatsApp Message
Additionally, a WhatsApp message and email will be sent once your order is shipped, containing the tracking ID.
Are there any additional fees?
- For Indian Orders: The price paid at checkout is final, with all taxes included. Express shipping is chargeable at actuals.
- For International Orders: Shipping fees, import duties, and local taxes are applicable based on the customs laws of the respective countries. While international shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.

Returns
Carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we request that you check your order upon receipt.
For items delivered via our logistics partners, your signature is required at the time of delivery.
If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Care team at +917534848512 or info@shritijarugs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Your order will be eligible for return only if there are manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed.
Follow these simple steps to raise a Return Request:
1. A Return Request needs to be raised within 48 hours after receipt.
2. Following the submission of a return request, it may take up to 48 hours for the delivery agent to arrange the pickup of the returnable products from the customer.

4. Our shipping partner will pick up the carpet on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
5. On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.
Terms & Conditions:
- Return the carpet in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the carpet.
- A damaged carpet will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- The carpet must have the original packing, labels, and tags intact for the return/exchange to be successful.
- Altered and illegible serial numbers will also lead to the return being rejected.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share pictures of the carpet at info@shritijarugs.com. We will replace it without any cost after a thorough examination.
- All returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order to receive a refund or replacement.
Return Process for Carpets:
- Kindly provide multiple images: one with the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed, as this is essential for processing the return.
- Prepaid Order Refund: Processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
- COD Order Refund: Processed between 8-10 working days after the product is picked up from your location and upon receiving your bank details. No cash refunds.
