This wooden toy is inspired by a three-legged friend who spends time around our San Francisco factory. He's a reminder that regardless of the hardships we face we can always find joy in our lives. The Design Series is an opportunity for Clay Studio Director Tung Chiang to create a collection of objects exploring a singular idea or theme every year. The ideas have ranged from shapes like candleholders, concepts like “Forming Fables” or techniques like glaze chemistry. To make this set of pieces Tung took the opportunity to revisit the ideas of Design Series past to create a retrospective of brand new pieces.
